Our collaborators get paid $25/hr on Community stories and $60/hr on Pro stories. The largest share, always.

Coordination Fee
Flat fee per project covering production management & coordination. $40 Community · $75 Pro.
$20–$30
Growth Fund
Flat fee per project invested back into LoudLitty's network and future tools. $20 Community · $30 Pro.
Example: A podcast episode needing an audio engineer (5 hrs) and graphic designer (1 hr) on Pro track totals ~$465. Collaborators earn $360 · $75 coordination · $30 growth fund.

We Send You an Estimate
Morgan reviews your submission and sends a transparent breakdown of estimated hours per role, your total, and a projected delivery window.

You Approve & Pay
Once you're happy with the estimate, you pay once. Work doesn't begin until you've signed off — no surprises, no overages beyond 20% without your approval.
